These terms apply when you use pfsaathi.com, contact us on WhatsApp, or buy a service from PF Saathi. By booking a consultation or service, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

PF Saathi is a trade name of Raj Brothers Trading Company (Proprietor: Rishiraj Meena), Jaipur, Rajasthan. Udyam Registration No. UDYAM-RJ-17-0628286. We are a private, independent consultancy. We are not EPFO, not a government body, and not appointed or authorised by EPFO or any government department. You can do everything we do yourself, for free, through EPFO's own channels; we charge for our time, expertise and follow-up.

2. What we do

We help members and families with Employees' Provident Fund matters such as stuck or rejected withdrawals, final settlement, PF transfer and merging, name/DOB/KYC corrections, contribution corrections, death claims and EDLI insurance claims. Our work is advisory and facilitative: reviewing records, preparing forms and declarations, coordinating with employers, filing grievances and following up.

3. Fees

• Expert consultation: ₹999 + GST, payable before the consultation. It is adjusted against your end-to-end service fee if you continue with us.
• End-to-end service: a fixed fee quoted in writing after the consultation, before any further work begins. There are no hidden or mid-way charges.
• All payments are made only through our official payment links or QR code, with a receipt. Never pay anyone claiming to represent us through any other channel.

4. Our money-back promise

We cannot control EPFO's or your employer's decisions. Instead, if we take up your case and cannot resolve it, we refund all fees you paid us, as set out in our Refund Policy. That policy forms part of these terms.

5. Your responsibilities

• Give us true, complete and current information and documents.
• Respond to our requests for documents, signatures or approvals within a reasonable time (normally 15 days).
• Do not file the same claim, transfer or correction separately while we are working on it, and tell us before changing bank, KYC or nominee details.
• Keep your UAN password and OTPs private. We will never ask for them. If a step needs an OTP, you enter it yourself on EPFO's or UIDAI's own website or app.
• Use our service only for your own PF account, or as an authorised nominee, legal heir or family member with the member's or heirs' consent.

6. What we don't do

• We do not receive, hold or transfer your PF money.
• We do not pay or promise payments to any official, and we do not use unfair means to influence any decision.
• We do not give investment, tax or legal advice beyond the PF procedures needed for your case.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim connected with our services is limited to the fees you paid us for that case. We are not liable for delays or decisions by EPFO, your employer, banks or other third parties, or for losses caused by inaccurate information given to us.

8. Ending the service

You may stop the service at any time by telling us on WhatsApp or email. Refunds on cancellation follow the Refund Policy. We may decline or stop a case if we are asked to do something unlawful, if documents appear to be forged, or if we are treated abusively; in that case we refund any fee for work not yet done.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan have jurisdiction, without affecting your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page on the date you booked applies to your case.
